Do you have a showroom to view the furniture before I purchase?
Decor Star operates both online and with a walk-in display room in an effort to make great design accessible to everyone. The full catalogue is available online, with selected items available for viewing in showroom at 2/15-17 Jesica Road, Campbellfield, 3061, Victoria.
What days do you open?
The warehouse are open everyday from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 5pm.
Can I pick up from you showroom/warehouse?
Yes, you are welcome to pick up at our warehouse. Appointments are necessary so please call beforehand. Campbellfield (03) 9357 5928.
Do you deliver and how much does it cost?
Yes, we are normally outsource to couriers to ensure your products will arrive in perfect condition. The cost of delivery varies depending on the product and location. However we will charge from $60 to maximum $100 per Melbourne metro delivery to help you get an idea of how much you need to pay for delivery.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders will be dispatched within 1 working days once full payment has been made. Metro Melbourne Area take approximately same working days.
Which payment methods can I use to pay for my order?
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Bank Cheque, Direct Deposit ( BSB and Account Number), as well as Buy Now Pay Later Zip and Afterpay option.
Can I pay for my order at the time of delivery?
Sorry, you can’t. All orders must be paid in full before they can be dispatched from our warehouse.
Can I layby my item?
Yes we offer a 4 week layby period. A 10% deposit is required for each new layby. If you require the item to be held longer than 4 weeks then an initial $50 storage fee is to be paid, followed by $10 per week there after. Please note your item(s) have to be paid in full before we can dispatch and deliver from our warehouse.

What happens if my delivery arrives damaged?
If you receive a product from us that is damaged please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. You will have to pay for shipping cost to return the item to us prior to receive the new item. We will come and replace you a brand new item right after we received your call.

What types of products do you offer? And what makes customer buying from Decor Star?
Our product range includes outdoor setting, outdoor lounge, outdoor sofa, balcony furniture, poolside furniture, garden accessories and much more, in range of materials, colours and fabrics. We specialising in Outdoor Furniture made of durable PE Wicker that will extend lifetime of your furniture to the max.
We owned 11,000m2 manufacture in Vietnam with over 200 employees. We directly imported our furnitures from Vietnam to Australia, even our warehouse in Campbellfield is also owned by us so you will pay a price that no one else can beat.
Can i just purchase a single table or just an Egg Chair without base or pole?
Yes you can, again, we are manufacturing so its easy for us to replace any single product.
